If a simple power down and restart doesn't fix it, you really should use the att web support site or call them before you start altering settings in the web control panel (unless you really know what you are doing).

If you seriously want to cancel the service, you will have resisted. Att yahoo internet service provides the consumer web portal which can be accessed from www.att.net.
